Her work focuses on thoughtful representation, meaningful partnerships, and building influence that holds its value over time. She specializes in identifying emerging voices and shaping long-term career strategies rooted in each creator's authentic brand.
Talent Relations & Management
Hadlea works closely with Alexx and the creators to support partnerships as they evolve. She brings organization and consistency to every collaboration: managing communication, timelines, deliverables, and payout, while helping shape each creator's broader influencer strategy and long term positioning. Her approach is thoughtful, steady, and relationship driven, ensuring partnerships stay aligned and move forward with intention.
Operations
Jade ensures clarity, organization, and operational flow across the business. She manages the behind-the-scenes details that keep everything running smoothly: from coordinating schedules and tracking deliverables to maintaining systems that support the team's day-to-day work.
